WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

My private gym is located in Hanham, Bristol. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

None. The beauty of my online personal training service is that it is 100% personalised for you. Whether you want to train in a gym, with your own exercise equipment, or at home with no equipment at all, I will take this on board and design the plan to suit your needs.

HOW IS ONLINE TRAINING DIFFERENT TO IN-PERSON TRAINING?

Online training is run entirely from your smartphone or computer, giving you the ability to train when you want and where you want. It offers a more affordable and flexible alternative to in-person training. It is more suited to those who already have some training experience, as you will need to follow the workouts without me there in person to guide you. The app however, does have videos guides for all the exercises to help you follow along. 

CAN ANYONE TRAIN WITH YOU?

Yes. Absolutely anyone can train with me, regardless of your skills or experience. As long as you pass the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to show that you are fit and healthy enough to exercise, you are good to go.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP FOLLOWING THE ONLINE PROGRAMMES?

I make each programme as simple and easy to follow as possible. However, I will be available via the in-app messaging service to offer any support you need along the way. I also offer check-ins with all my online packages to ensure you stay on track. 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Yes, with my Standard and Enhanced coaching plans, as well as all my in-person packages, I will calculate your personal daily calories and macros. These will then be assigned to you and you can track your daily food intake to ensure you remain on target. These plans also include additional nutritional guidance to help further your education about your diet and build a more healthy diet.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM PERFORMING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY IF YOU ARE NOT THERE? (ONLINE TRAINING)

Videos are provided for each exercise which shows you how they should be performed correctly. I also offer a form analysis service, in which you can send me videos of your technique and I will give you feedback and tips. This is included for free with all of my training plans.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MONTHLY PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN?

If you decide to cancel your plan, you can do this at any time at no additional charge. You will still be able to complete the current plan you have been assigned and will have access to all other services until the end of the month.
